STORE POLICIES (FLYFACE)

  1. ALL SALES FINAL / RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Flyface does not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit once an order has been placed. Many items are made-to-order, produced in limited quantities, or customized, and we cannot restock or resell them.

Please review your order carefully before purchasing, including size, color, and shipping address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of:

the item

the packaging, if damaged

the issue close-up

If the issue is confirmed, we will work to correct it, such as a replacement when available, or another solution depending on the situation.

We do not cover issues related to:

wrong size selected

buyer’s remorse

normal wear and tear

minor variations that are inherent to production, see “Product Variations” below

  1. SHIPPING / PRODUCTION & FULFILLMENT

Tapstitch Fulfillment (Most Items)

Most Flyface clothing is produced and shipped directly by our manufacturing partner, Tapstitch. This means your order is made/fulfilled through Tapstitch and ships straight from their facility to you.

Estimated delivery timeframe: 10–15 days, including production and shipping. Timelines can vary slightly depending on product type, order volume, and carrier delays.

Handmade / 1/1 Items (Made by Luca Schrammel)

Some Flyface products are 1/1 pieces and custom items hand-finished by Luca Schrammel. These may include hand-stitched patches, hand drawing, custom placement, or other studio work.

Because these are handmade, minor imperfections or variations are normal and part of the piece. We stand behind the strength and quality of the work, but each item will have its own character.

Multiple Packages

If your order includes items produced by Tapstitch and items made in-studio, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. Flyface is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

  1. PRODUCT VARIATIONS (IMPORTANT)

Flyface pieces can include batch and production variations, which are normal in apparel manufacturing. Variations may include slight differences in:

fabric tone or dye

stitching placement

print feel or alignment

garment wash/finish

For handmade 1/1 items, slight variations and minor imperfections may occur due to the custom nature of the work. These do not qualify as defects.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information such as name, email, shipping address, phone number, order details, and customer communication details when you purchase, contact us, sign up for email updates, or opt into SMS/text message updates.

How We Use It

We use this information for:

order processing and fulfillment

email marketing, if you choose to sign up

SMS/text message marketing, if you choose to opt in

drop reminders, early access notifications, discount codes, promotions, and brand updates

We do not sell your personal information.

If you sign up for Flyface email updates, you may receive emails about upcoming drops, early access, promotions, product releases, and brand updates.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

SMS / Text Message Marketing

If you choose to sign up for Flyface SMS/text message updates, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Flyface. These messages may include drop reminders, early access notifications, promotions, discount codes, abandoned cart reminders, and brand updates.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Flyface is not liable for indirect losses related to use of the site or products, including delays caused by carriers, fulfillment partners, technical issues, SMS/email delivery delays, or events outside our control.
